Our Swedish friends at Greenworks have been busy developing globe lights that have space to grow plants giving your workplace light and fresh air!
The lights are called Babylone and Greenworks tell us “Babylone is a spherical plexi-glass pendant with five openings that allows stems and leaves to meander out of the globe. The bottom of the globe is covered with pumice that has a high water holding capacity and contains minerals and micro nutrients that feed the plants. The healthy environment minimizes the need to frequently tend to the plants – they only require attention once every few weeks. The Babylone is also well-suited for growing fresh herbs, making it a tasteful addition to any kitchen.”
