An interior landscaping project for well-being.

As part of consolidating its teams in a single location, the Syndicat des Eaux d’Île-de-France entrusted our team with the task of designing a green interior layout for its new headquarters, located at 79 Boulevard Saint-Germain, right in the heart of Paris.

This ambitious project aimed to bring together two entities on the same floor while facilitating a significant change in space typology, with the introduction of open-plan offices and shared zones. Our objective was to integrate nature into the heart of the workplace to create an environment that is functional, aesthetic, and calming.

Our collaboration with the design agency Majorelle, which devised a custom layout incorporating planters directly into the furniture to structure the volumes, allowed us to personalize the ambiance and provide a continuous plant presence across all spaces.

Each plant choice was guided by a twofold requirement: adapting to technical constraints (lighting, circulation, maintenance) and seeking a botanical diversity capable of creating varied and stimulating atmospheres. With our expertise in interior landscaping, we selected robust, aesthetic, and complementary species, ensuring their proper development in an office environment.

This project aligns with a strong vision: that of a living interior landscape that fosters concentration, reduces stress, improves air quality, and strengthens employees\’ sense of belonging to their new environment. The planted areas, present both in relaxation spaces and work zones, contribute to creating an atmosphere conducive to collaboration and creativity.

Beyond its aesthetic appeal, this project embodies the Syndicat des Eaux d’Île-de-France’s commitment to a modern, sustainable, and human-centered work environment, where plants become a true lever for transformation.
