We  greened the new work environment of Unilever Nederland in AIR Offices Rotterdam. An impressive work environment of no less than 7,000 m², fully furnished according to the highest sustainability standards: Paris Proof, BREEAM Excellent, WELL Gold and WIRED Score Platinum.  

From the very first sketches and renders, we were intensively involved in the design process, in collaboration with mainly CBRE and Fokkema & Partners Architects.

The result? A combination of high-end customization and Biophilic Design that transforms this office into a natural work environment.

1620 living hanging plants – approximately 130 m² of vertical greenery. ? 596 hanging planters, 96 of which are filled with silk artificial plants – 31 m² of vertical greenery. ? 80 existing planters from the old location reused & partly replanted – sustainable and circular! ? 140 growth lighting spots for healthy plant development and 119 light spots with 4000K for art objects, all in aesthetic unity.

Sustainability is in our DNA. That is why we are donating to Trees for All on the occasion of this project. Thanks to this project, we are planting 164 trees – 50% in the Netherlands and 50% internationally. In this way, we are not only greening indoor spaces, but also the entire world outside.
