| Interior Plantscapes (IPI) installed and currently maintains its first G-Sky wall system for the recently-opened international headquarters of the American Petroleum Institute, located in Washington, DC. Measuring 330 square feet (30.7 square meters), this living wall contains 1,860 four-inch plants including anthurium, which needs to be rotated regularly to ensure an ideal presentation. This stunning living wall spans two levels of common area and pantry and is a dramatic design feature for employees and visitors utilizing the office’s two-story internal staircase. Weekly maintenance ensures that the plants are always in pristine condition. |
